Because many of our products are collectibles, individual items may have unique characteristics, including variations in centering, print quality, edges, corners, surface condition, or other manufacturing imperfections.

Please carefully review all photographs and descriptions before placing an order. If you have questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, listing, or inventory errors and to cancel an order if an item was listed incorrectly due to an error.

If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund for any amount already paid.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, pricing or inventory errors, or other circumstances that may prevent us from properly fulfilling the order.

5. Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Bell’s Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided when available.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted when the item received does not match the photos or description provided in the listing.

Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction with an item that was accurately represented in the listing.

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were sent.

Once the returned item is received, reviewed, and approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Collectibles and Condition

Collectible items may have imperfections resulting from the original manufacturing process, age, storage, or previous ownership. Unless specifically stated otherwise, we do not guarantee that an item will receive a particular grade from a third-party grading company.

For graded cards and other authenticated collectibles, the grade and authentication are determined by the applicable third-party grading or authentication company and are not guaranteed by Bell’s Cards & Collectibles.

8. Website Content

All photographs, graphics, text, logos, product descriptions, and other content appearing on this website are the property of Bell’s Cards & Collectibles or are used with permission, unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or use our website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
